In addition to being a professional musician, drum instructor and composer, von Baron is a personal and organizational life coach. His own personal transformation began when he learned the power of goal setting and grew von Baron Music in 4 months to a level where he could leave a job he had been in for 10 years! Now, not everyone is so keen to leave their job and often times, a work environment just needs a little fine tuning to make it hum. To this end, von Baron also created workshops specifically geared toward improving the focus and morale of your unique work environment.

von Baron came to realize just how much more powerful goal setting is both personally and professionally, when we have a dream that we earnestly want to come true.  We also must recognize that not all dreams are good for humanity and our environment even if they might be good for us as individuals.  This is where the idea of the gift comes into play.  A gift is something that we’re good at that benefits both ourselves and others when we use it.  Any dream powered by our gifts is a dream that will make the world a better place for “we” and not just “me”.
